Questions

Asked before every contract.

Do you work with organisations outside London?
Yes. Remote support covers the whole of the UK, and onsite visits are routine across Greater London and the Home Counties. Multi-site clients further afield are handled with scheduled visit cycles.
How is the service priced?
Managed services are billed per user or per device on a fixed monthly fee, so support volume never changes your invoice. Projects are quoted separately with a fixed scope.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person?
Often the best outcome. We take on monitoring, security and out-of-hours cover so internal staff can focus on the systems only they understand.
What happens if we already have a provider?
We run a parallel onboarding and coordinate the handover of credentials, licences and documentation. Contract notice periods are respected and planned around.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery can usually begin within a week. A typical transition for a 40-user organisation takes two to three weeks end to end.
